Beberapa minggu lalu sempat mengajak teman-teman dari negara lain untuk sama-sama masak masakan Indonesia, menarik bisa mengajak untuk mengenal masakan Indonesia
Oleh sebab itu, rasanya saat ini baik juga berbagi resep yang di tulis pakai bahasa Inggris

Fresh Vegetable Peanut Salad
seasoning ingredients:
3 pieces of red chili (if
you like)
2 cloves of garlic
1 ½ teaspoon salt
2 g grilled shrimp paste (or vegemite)
100 g sugar (brown sugar / palm sugar)
150 g of fried peanuts
100 g fried cashew nuts
1 tablespoon lime
75 ml of warm water
10 cm kencur (if there is any)

Puree all this ingridens so
become like paste
vegetables:
2 leaves of cabbage, finely sliced
4 small round pieces of eggplant, sliced
2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
100 grams of bean sprouts, remove the roots
1 cucumber, sliced
1 handful basil leaves, picking
Or add ther fresh vegetable as you like
For other add on toping :
Fried Tofu
(tofu sprinkled with salt and then fried)

How to make:
Put all the vegetables in a big bowl
Mix all the vegetable with ingredients paste
Serve sprinkled with the plate with crackers. Makes 4
servings
rice cakes
with contents
Ingredients:
250 grams of rice
600 ml chicken broth (taken from 200 g chicken meat, which later chickens used
for contents)

1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make:
1. Combine all ingredients rice, cook
until the water is absorbed exhausted. Discard the leaves

How to Wrap up:
1. Expand 2 pieces of banana leaves,

Tongseng Kambing
Ingredients:
200g lamb meat, cut into small
2 tomatoes, cut according to taste
4 pieces of red pepper, thinly sliced (if you like)

3 cm Ginger , crushed
3 cm galangal , crushed
1 purut lime leaves
3 cabbage leaves
3 table spoon sweet soy sauce
75 ml coconut milk
4 table spoon cooking oil

Tongseng Seasoning,
puree become like paste :
2 cloves garlic
2 onions
1/3 teaspoon cumin,
½ teaspoon coriander
1/3 seed nutmeg
2 candlenut (if any)
½ teaspoon Salt

How To Make:
1. Clean the meat, then sliced a little
small.
2. Stir-fry the spice paste, input galangal
and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant smell.
3. Then input the meat and cook until
the meat changes color, add water and cook the meat until tender.
4. then add coconut milk, add shredded cabbage,
tomatoes and cayenne pepper, and soy sauce.
5. Taste until it fit, while waiting for
